SAP and Celonis: First success for SAP against Celonis in US court

Celonis accuses SAP of unlawfully exploiting its market power. Celonis claims that SAP blocked access to data in its systems to give its own corporate unit, Signavio, an advantage. However, the court's ruling is not the final word: The judge said Celonis could attempt to revise and refile the lawsuits, Bloomberg reports.
