Duchess Meghan's new Netflix show: Did she copy Pamela Anderson's concept?

Duchess Meghan's lifestyle series "With Love, Meghan" reminds internet users of Pamela Anderson's format. Did she copy it?
Is this just a stupid coincidence or is there a calculation behind it? Citing astute fans , "Page Six" reports on striking similarities between the upcoming Netflix cooking show "With Love, Meghan" by Duchess Meghan (43) and Pamela Anderson's (57) series "Pamela's Cooking With Love". Was something stolen here?
From the title of the show to similar sequences in the trailer, Internet users are accusing Prince Harry's wife (40) of "copying" Anderson's series. They note almost identical concepts, a similar approach and the general aesthetic of the trailers.
The trailer for the "Baywatch" star's series begins with sequences of her harvesting a vegetable garden. "I love to cook," she chimes in her country kitchen. "I always wanted to take things to another level." The Duchess of Sussex can also be seen cooking and picking vegetables in the garden in her promotional video . "I've always loved taking something quite ordinary and making it more," Meghan says - similar to Anderson.
The teaser for Anderson's lifestyle program was released on X almost three months before Meghan's promotional clip in October 2024.

In both formats, the women invite friends and chefs into their homes while they try out new recipes and master the art of hosting.
One user criticized on X : "If you watch the trailer for Pamela's new show, it's a more authentic version of what Meghan was trying to achieve and it looks like Meghan copied everything!" The whole concept is strikingly similar, others commented.
Others, however, argued against this: given the close release dates (Anderson launched on February 24 and Meghan had to postpone the broadcast from January to March 4 due to the wildfires) and the resulting parallel production schedules, the Duchess was probably already working on the promo video when Anderson's version came out in October.
When asked by "Page Six", neither Duchess Meghan's nor Pamela Anderson's press representatives responded to the plagiarism allegations.
