A 75-year-old farmer died this Wednesday at around 8:15 p.m. in Alpicat ( Lleida ) after falling off a roadside with his tractor while working in the field , the Mossos d'Esquadra confirmed to Europa Press this Thursday.
According to the Segre newspaper, the man fell with his vehicle down a steep bank and the tractor ended up stuck in the farmhouse he owned.
Police sources are awaiting a forensic analysis to determine the cause of death, as they have not ruled out the possibility that the man suffered illness or cardiac arrest before falling off the bank.
