María José lights up the Mother's Day celebration in Saltillo

Saltillo celebrated Mother's Day in style with a free María José concert, which brought thousands of people to the Plaza de Armas. Early in the morning, entire families and fans of the singer arrived to secure a good spot . The event was organized by the State Government and the Saltillo City Council, led by Governor Manolo Jiménez Salinas and Mayor Javier Díaz González.

“ What a beautiful place Saltillo is, but its people are even more beautiful. Returning to Saltillo is always a privilege ,” she said, smiling, surprised by the cool weather. “ I was expecting warmth here in the north, but I was surprised by the chill and the rain. But nothing will stop us from celebrating mothers!” she said, laughing.
The atmosphere heated up even more when "Las que se pone bien la falda" (The Ones Who Don't Quite) began, getting everyone up and dancing. The artist was accompanied by her group of dancers, who performed energetic choreographies that perfectly complemented the rhythm of each song.
Moments later, the emotion reached its peak with Adelante Corazón, while the screens projected a sepia effect that made the moment even more emotional.
