The fine for the woman is not nearly enough.The lady—Argentine, to top it all off—was identified as Ximena Pichel, a content creator who doesn't even try to hide her lifestyle, and who apparently has very firm ideas about people's pigmentation.
In the clip, she is seen repeatedly hurling racist insults at the officer, calling him a "n *gger" with a disdain unmatched even in the Cumbres alumni forums. For this reason, the nickname she's been given: "Racist Lady" is now rightly circulating.

The fine lady was driving a black Mercedes-Benz CLS 500, with license plates PVW-606-B, registered in Morelos, which has already been located by the authorities, who have issued the corresponding fines:
In addition to the violation for parking in a prohibited area, Pichel was fined for driving without a valid license, not having a vehicle registration card, and insulting traffic officers, as if they were Twitter bots.
