Following the approval of the Labor Reform promoted by President Gustavo Petro, Camila Orrego, owner of the makeup company "Trendy," sent a message of support for the proposal.
"If I'm honest, I'm very happy about the labor reform. I'll always be there to work harder, to build a better country, to create more and more jobs, to pay increasingly better, to create offices, stores, and spaces where people are happy," he began his message on social media.
In addition, Camila Orrego stated that one of her dreams is to have a building where her employees can enjoy benefits such as tours, lunches, snacks, and other perks.

"We business owners don't do favors by 'providing jobs.' We have businesses thanks to our employees (and obviously our clients, too), but it's not a favor," he continued.
The young businesswoman emphasized that labor reform will help workers and that no one in her company earns the minimum wage, except for SENA apprentices, and that none of her contracts are for services.

"It's not a perfect company, and I'm even in the process of listening more to my salespeople so I can have leaders who are good people and so it's not just another company where people just 'survive,' but instead work and go home happy after making our customers happy."
The message shared by the businesswoman was reposted on Instagram by President Gustavo Petro, and his followers expressed their gratitude for the treatment given to the people who work at 'Trendy'.
