The Viña del Mar International Song Festival is one of the most anticipated annual events by Chileans, as it brings together the best music artists from different parts of the world .

However, the artistic event is not only known for the number of talents that appear on stage, but is also often framed within various controversies related to the attitude of the people who attend the shows.

One of the most recent cases was that of comedian George Harris , who was on the first day of the 64th edition this Sunday, February 23, and was forced to end his show early because he was booed by the audience.

According to videos shared on social media by some Internet users, the Venezuelan's performance on the stage of the Quinta Vergara Amphitheater, located in the commune of Valparaíso in Chile, only lasted about 20 minutes, after people began to whistle.

Despite the awkward situation that the Venezuelan recently experienced, he has not been the only artist who has faced the difficult spectators who attend the cultural event every year.

For the last edition of the Viña del Mar Festival 2024, the interpreter of 'Ella baila sola' had to cancel his presentation at the last minute due to personal problems , so during the minutes before the 'show' of another artist, those in charge decided to play one of the songs of the Mexican singer, causing negative responses from people.

Unlike other singers, the reggaeton singer was received with applause by all the fans of the musical event, but throughout the concert, the organizers of the event evidenced some audio problems , which caused everyone's indignation when hearing the uncoordinated way in which the Puerto Rican's voice entered with the melody.

In 2006, when the Sinaloa band came on stage to begin their show, the audience unexpectedly began to whistle , requesting that the Norwegian group A-Ha, who had performed before the Mexicans, return to play one last song.
