Jennifer Pedraza spoke out about the annulment of Juliana Guerrero's degree from the San José Foundation: 'She never set foot in a classroom'

Representative Jennifer Pedraza had sent a formal request to the San José University Foundation for information about Juliana Guerrero and her academic record.

Regarding the above, the Attorney General's Office opened an investigation against the young woman and other officials of the educational institution on October 16 for alleged procedural fraud.

Following this and the order designated to deliver Juliana Guerrero's data , this Friday, November 7, it was confirmed that the university did not find any academic activity of the former advisor to the Ministry of the Interior and, therefore, her degree was cancelled.

Jennifer Pedraza, the representative to the House, spoke out on her X account and assured that: "Besides not having taken the Saber Pro exam, Juliana Guerrero never studied at San José University: confirmed."

In the post, which was accompanied by a video with strong statements about this case, Pedraza also emphasized that he will have to address the lawsuit filed by Guerrero before the Supreme Court of Justice.

"The good news for Juliana is that she no longer has to get up early on Sunday to take the Saber Pro exam. The bad news is that we have a conciliation hearing at the Supreme Court on Friday, because she had the nerve to sue me."

On the other hand, she reiterated the alleged falsity of the documents that were presented in order to assume the position as Vice Minister of Youth.

"Today we can affirm that Juliana Guerrero's degrees are not only irregular because she did not take the Saber Pro tests , but also, according to what the San José University Foundation itself has just revealed, Juliana never set foot in a classroom," Jennifer said in the video.

The Representative to the House added that: "All of this will be investigated by the Prosecutor's Office following the complaint we have filed for alleged procedural fraud and falsification of public documents."

Finally, he asked President Gustavo Petro to withdraw the appointment of Juliana Guerrero as Vice Minister of Youth.

The document that was released from the university contains key points regarding the annulment of Juliana Guerrero's degree.

First, they highlight that on September 25, 2025 , "irregularities were detected in the processing of the academic degree of the student Juliana Guerrero" .

They confirmed that "the corresponding criminal and disciplinary actions against some directors " have already begun. Furthermore, amidst the investigation of the official, They said that "no record of any academic activity, participation in classes, or evaluations on the virtual platform was found."

According to the statement, the lack of an academic record was confirmed "both in the Accounting and Tax Management Technology program and in the Public Accounting program."
