Drug dealers writing letters to residents: this is the reality for residents of the Escanaux district of Bagnols sur Cèze.

A letter received on A4 paper, with a pattern of small leaves and a green background. It begins with an apology for "the noise pollution and possible damage" in the neighborhood. Then, the dealers propose finding solutions to strengthen the bond between residents. A painting workshop and more, the letter proposes to provide motivated young people to help out with shopping or DIY. The icing on the cake? Stalls and toys distributed to the children. The letter ends with another apology and the statement "we hope that these actions will help create a calm and supportive atmosphere" within the neighborhood.

Some residents even say that to make themselves look good, the dealers organized a children's day with giant inflatable games illegally installed in the stadium, and once inflated, they were impossible to remove. So the neighborhood children had fun at the expense of drugs.
