Battles and workshops at the LegaSy festival: Antony doesn't forget his star choreographer, Ousmane Sy, hip-hop legend

The first edition of the LegaSy festival is taking place until Sunday in Antony (Hauts-de-Seine). The aim is to share the legacy of Ousmane Sy, the brilliant dancer and choreographer who died in 2020 and grew up in the Cité Blanche.

A moving tribute to this dancer from the Cité Blanche, who went from underground house star to co-director of the National Choreographic Center (CCN) of Rennes and Brittany, who died prematurely of a heart attack on December 27, 2020, at the age of 45.
The municipality, the Babson Ousmane Sy association, and Azimut have been working together for months to create the LegaSy festival, the first edition of which begins this Friday. The program includes battles, shows, and meetings between amateurs and professionals in Antony and Châtenay-Malabry.
