Gérard Depardieu is soon to return to the cinema

The actor, whose fate will be revealed on Tuesday, May 13 at 10 a.m., is currently filming. This is the first time he has returned to a film set since September 2021 and the end of filming for Jean Becker's "Les Volets verts." Filming was the focus of the trial that took place last March. The prosecutor has requested an eighteen-month suspended prison sentence, a €20,000 fine, compensation for the civil parties, an obligation to undergo psychological treatment, and registration in the sex offender registry.
