The German city of Ludwigsburg, twinned with Montbéliard since 1962, is located near Stuttgart in Baden-Württemberg. Nearly four times larger in terms of population (90,000), it nevertheless shares similarities with the city of princes, including a huge castle and a renowned Christmas market.

Ludwigsburg (or Louisbourg in its French version). For 75 years, this name has resonated particularly strongly in the City of Princes, where it is displayed at every entrance and exit and has even named the avenue-bridge that crosses the Allan.
