Obernai. Two concerts for little princes and accordion

The O Festival continues this Saturday, July 26th, in Obernai. The program features two events: a youth performance in the morning at the Obernai Music School and an accordion concert at Mont Sainte-Odile at the end of the day.
Justine Menoux-Laurenceau, accompanied by students from the Haute école des Arts du Rhin, will offer a musical journey among the stars on Saturday, July 26. Each year, she adapts and sets a work to music to make it accessible to young audiences.
If "the essential is invisible to the eyes" as Antoine de Saint-Exupéry wrote in his stainless The Little Prince , music knows how to speak to the heart. Thus, in concert, the words and the melodies will tell the incredible epic of the Little Prince, in search of friendship in the desert and across many planets.
The magic of this poetic text is that it speaks to young and old alike, and the music will create a dreamlike thread to make this moment a suspended instant.
Concert preceded by a musical instrument discovery workshop. Free admission upon registration at the tourist office (03 88 95 64 13) or at www.festivalmusiqueobernai.eu.
Have the fuss killed the accordion? Thus could begin the odyssey of Théo Ould. A prestigious accordionist, the artist went to explore forgotten sounds and melodies to compose his program Laterna Magica , which he will perform in the setting of Mont Sainte-Odile. Playing with this story machine, the accordionist follows the evolution of the Baroque through a selection of unique and inspiring pieces. Just as the magic lantern was the source of Tolkien's imagination, the accordion between the agile fingers of Théo Ould gives birth to unsuspected universes, with magical charm.
The concert will take place on Saturday, July 26 at 6 p.m. at Mont Sainte-Odile. Reservations are available at the tourist office and at festivalmusiqueobernai.eu.
There are still a few seats available for the concert on Friday, July 25 at 4:30 p.m. at the Spindler marquetry in Saint-Léonard: Musical Images of Alsace. Book at festivalmusiqueobernai.eu/
