What will we be able to see at the Ciné de la plage during the Cannes Film Festival, which begins on Tuesday, May 13?

Macé Beach, a few steps from the bustling Palais des Festivals, the big screen and deckchairs of the Beach Cinema will be set up every evening of the festival (from May 13 to 24, except in bad weather) and will offer the following films, with free access.

Sunday, May 18: Palombella Rossa by Nanni Moretti (1989, Italy/France). Sixth film by the Italian director, Palme d'Or winner at Cannes in 2001 with The Son's Room.
Monday, May 19: Bardot by Alain Berliner (France/Belgium). A documentary about the actress will be released in theaters on September 17.
Tuesday May 20: Tenshi no tamago ( The Angel's Egg ), animated film by Mamoru Oshii (1985, Japan).
Wednesday, May 21: Darling by John Schlesinger (1965, United Kingdom). The film won three Oscars in 1966.
Thursday, May 22: Angel by Tony Gatlif (2025, France). The director's latest film, which will be released in theaters on June 25, starring Arthur H.
