A taste of summer and the tourist season in Territoire Eco #24

As the Cannes Film Festival kicks off the peak tourist season, Bruno Mercadal, general manager of the 5-star Royal Riviera Hotel in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and vice-president of the hospitality branch of the Umih Nice-Alpes-Haut Pays (Union of Hotel Trades and Industries), will discuss the various challenges facing the sector. After the Journal de l'Eco, which reviews the economic news of the Alpes-Maritimes, the "En Coulisse" segment will refresh us by showing us how Los Pistoleros' artisanal, 100% made-in-France ice cream is made. No fewer than 20,000 frozen delights leave their Le Cannet production facility every day.
