The Nuclear Safety and Radiation Protection Authority (ARSN) has provided an update. According to its president, Jean-Marie Abadie, who presented his annual report on the state of French nuclear power in 2024 to the Parliamentary Office for the Evaluation of Scientific and Technological Choices on Thursday, May 22, the institution continues to maintain that the sector is at a "generally satisfactory level." This interim assessment is supposed to be reassuring , but some unions have expressed serious reservations.
