This is a notable absence, to say the least. While the big names in mass distribution are collectively committing themselves this Wednesday morning to supporting local producers, the first among them, Leclerc, which has a total of 24.1% of market share in France , is not in the photo.

"He had said yes like the others," confided the star presenter of M 6, Karine Le Marchand, who initiated the operation. "But then, I didn't hear from him again..." Because Michel-Édouard Leclerc's ego would hardly tolerate sharing a headliner, believes one of his competitors who doesn't like him much? Or because the person who chairs the strategic committee of the E. Leclerc centers did not have the approval of the members, these store owners who run the house, deciphers another?
