Remuneration: What if the salary paid at the end of the month was soon no longer the norm?
As parliamentary initiatives to facilitate advance payments are multiplying, two-thirds of French people say they are in favor of the possibility of releasing part of their salary at any time, according to a survey.

According to a study by OpinionWay, which we are unveiling and conducted for the on-demand salary payment solution Stairwage, 63% of employees want the rules to be changed to allow for the release of compensation multiple times a month.
This proportion even rises to 75% among workers under 35. "This type of solution is highly popular among employees because they need financial flexibility," explains Yann Le Floch, founder of Stairwage. "It's a major social development."
