Call for testimonials. Do you know how much your colleagues earn? Are you in favor of transparency?

By 2025, more than 63% of French employees say they have absolutely no idea what their colleagues' salaries are, according to a BuzzPress study conducted online this September. Only 11% say they know exactly what they earn, and 26% have a vague idea.
And you, would you say that you have a clear idea of the salary of your colleagues in equivalent positions in your company? Do you find talking about money at work rather embarrassing? Constructive? Would you like to know the salary of your colleagues, with equal responsibilities? Why? Do you know the criteria used for raises in your company?
Is your company making an effort to be transparent about its remuneration policy? Have you heard about the European directive on remuneration transparency, which will come into effect in 2026?
