It's D-Day for 2025 baccalaureate candidates! Results will be announced at midday, starting at 11:30 a.m. in some academies (Bordeaux, Limoges, Nantes, Normandy, Rennes, Poitiers), at noon in others (Paris, Versailles, Créteil, Orléans-Tours), at 12:30 p.m. in Strasbourg, Amiens, Dijon, and Lille, and finally at 1 p.m. in Aix-Marseille, Toulouse, and Lyon.
This year, 720,806 high school students were registered, more than half of whom were for the general baccalaureate (386,135 students), 145,930 for the technological baccalaureate and 188,741 for the professional baccalaureate.
The baccalaureate success rate has exceeded 80% since 2012. Last year, it was 91.2%, up year-on-year in all three streams (general, technological, and vocational). In the general stream, it was 95.9%.
For students who will not have their baccalaureate, the general and technological baccalaureate resit exams will take place until Wednesday, July 9 inclusive.
