Arezzo, May 15, 2025 – 5 referendums: new appointments at the Saturday markets of Arezzo and San Giovanni The information campaign for the 5 referendums on June 8 and 9 continues. The Committee for the YES will be present again at the weekly markets of Arezzo and San Giovanni on the morning of Saturday, May 17. Here is a summary of the 5 questions. 1. Stop unlawful dismissals: repeal the law that prevents reinstatement even if the judge declares the termination of the employment relationship unjust and unfounded. 2. More protection for workers in small businesses. 3. Reduction of precarious work by reinstating the obligation to provide reasons for the use of fixed-term contracts. 4. Greater safety at work: modify the rules that prevent, in the event of an accident during contracts, extending liability to the contracting company. 5. Greater integration with Italian citizenship. It is requested to reduce from 10 to 5 the years of legal residence in Italy required to apply for Italian citizenship, which once obtained would be passed on to minor sons and daughters.
