Bottega Talks: How social innovation engages with citizens in Piceno.

Bottega Talks: How social innovation engages with citizens in Piceno.

At a time when mountainous and inland areas have returned to the center of national debate, Piceno offers a concrete example of social innovation. This is thanks in part to an initiative launched in 2017 by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Ascoli Piceno.

Bottega del Terzo Settore, a nationally recognized laboratory, has been working for years to strengthen local associations and support the development of nonprofit organizations through community outreach that connects communities, institutions, and businesses. From this vision , Bottega Talks | Salti was born, a new tool for sharing ideas and practices capable of creating stronger and more inclusive communities.

After the first appointment on July 28th in San Benedetto del Tronto and the one on September 6th in Amandola, the next meeting is scheduled in Comunanza on October 3rd (5.30 pm, details in the online agenda ), at the Luzi Auditorium .

The event will focus on entrepreneurship and new forms of economics : in a region that, once an industrial mountain area, now looks to its natural resources as a lever for development, five speakers from across Italy will share experiences that blend universal visions and local roots.

The meeting will focus on topics ranging from the role of superfoods and quality food as drivers of sustainable supply chains, to the positive impacts on communities thanks to a bottom-up tourism reception policy ; from the use of artificial intelligence to give new prominence to local traditions; to fashion , reinterpreted through traditional techniques for innovative and rooted manufacturing; to digital nomadism as an alternative for new forms of living; and to the courage to undertake challenging journeys .

Bottega Talks | Salti is made possible thanks to the support of the Cassa di Risparmio di Ascoli Piceno Foundation.
