Increased working hours for three police officers in Serrara Fontana

Increased working hours for three traffic police officers in Serrara Fontana during the summer. The Municipal Council, chaired by Irene Iacono, has amended the "Three-Year Personnel Requirements Plan" and "to accommodate the significant population growth during the tourist season, it has become necessary to strengthen the Surveillance Office," increasing the weekly working hours of the three Municipal Police officers from June 1st to October 1st.
Cristina Palma Poerio Iacono, Head of Administrative Sector I – SUAP, implemented the Council resolution, specifying that the limited-time extension "does not result in new employment, but rather in a simple objective novation of the original contractual obligation. This does not alter the nature of the existing contract, but only temporarily modifies the structure of the pre-existing contractual obligations with respect to the number of weekly working hours." This change is only temporary, and moreover, the three workers' working hours had already been increased once.
Poerio Iacono has thus proceeded to modify the employment contract for the Municipal Police instructor Andrea Iacono, hired part-time from 50% (18 hours per week) subsequently increased to 28 (77.78%), providing for the period from 1 June to 1 October an increase in working hours to 36 per week (100%); for the Municipal Police instructor Stefania Di Costanzo, also hired part-time for 18 hours per week subsequently increased to 28, the increase in working hours to 36 per week (100%) is foreseen; for the supervisory management instructor (High Qualification) Veronica Di Meglio, hired part-time at 66.67% (24 hours per week), subsequently increased to 30 (83.33%) increase to 36 (100%).
