Open water swimming, challenge in the Peschici bay: hundreds of athletes from all over Italy for the Uisp Circuit

Open water swimming is the star in the Gargano sea, in the bay of Peschici, in one of the most evocative marine settings of the Adriatic. The appointment is for Sunday 6 July at 9:30. The race, which will involve hundreds of athletes from all over Italy, was organized by the Naval League of Peschici with the collaboration of UISP Puglia, Marevivo Puglia and Asd Sosandra.

The stage is part of the 1st Uisp Capitanata Circuit, organized by the Foggia-Manfredonia Provincial Committee for the tourist promotion of the territory and the sporting valorization of synergies, in which the first overall athlete of the Master Male and Master Female categories and the first team resulting from the general classification obtained by adding the respective scores recorded in the individual events will be awarded: August 24 in Manfredonia and September 21 in Vieste. The winners will receive an excursion for two people to the Tremiti Islands with the motor vessel “Navi Tremiti”
