Renate 's transfer market is currently still young. Following on from Serie C debutant Gianluca Rossi, who arrived from Genoa's Primavera side, they've added 2004-born midfielder Riccardo Ori (pictured) to Luciano Foschi's squad. Ori, who was brought in by sporting director Oscar Magoni from Serie D side Gozzano , made 36 appearances last season, scoring three goals and two assists. A highly versatile player, he has played a variety of roles throughout his career, both in defence and in midfield. He developed in the Castelvetro youth system, where he also made his debut in the Eccellenza league, before being spotted by Modena, who signed him on loan in 2022. He exploded with Gozzano.
He signs a one-year contract with an option for a second year. Another player born in 2004, also from a division below Serie C, is also joining: Pasquale Luiz Giraldo , a left-back who played for Piacenza last season. He started the season, making 32 appearances and scoring two goals. He also has a one-year contract with an option for a second.
In addition to his experience with the red and white youth teams, his CV also includes his time with Club Milano. He says goodbye to striker Destiny Egharevba who, in the first half of the season, did not leave many traces of himself (one goal) during his experience in Brianza before being loaned to Caserta where, in terms of goals, things went decidedly better (4).
He goes on a permanent basis to Cittadella , who have often paid for their services in the Nerazzurri team.
