November 7 , 2025, marks a significant update to the biweekly WORKUP report, promoted by the Employment Centers of Bari, BAT, and Foggia of ARPAL Puglia , which offers an overview of available job opportunities in the three provinces. According to the updated data, 1,612 profiles are sought by companies, with an increase in offers in the Tourism, Cultural Services, and Catering sector, which remains the main growth sector, with 706 positions .

Growth in ICT and Digital Services

Among the most notable developments is the growth in the ICT, Digital Services, and Communications sector, with 264 open positions , signaling a clear shift in job offers toward companies in the advanced tertiary sector . This development responds to a growing need for recent graduates and experienced professionals in an increasingly digitalized era. In this regard, the #mareasinistra project, promoted by the Puglia Region , is present on WORKUP with specific labels to attract and promote talent in the area, encouraging the return of specialized professionals.
