Carlo Cracco, the super chef's profit is shrinking: lower profits and falling revenues for his holding Investments

Super chef Carlo Cracco 's profits are shrinking. His holding company Cracco Investimenti, in fact, closed 2024 with a profit of only 77 thousand euros compared to that of 566 thousand euros in the previous financial year with revenues that decreased year on year from 1.3 million to 968 thousand euros .

But more than the holding company, it is worth looking at the 2024 numbers of the three main subsidiaries: Cracco Express , which carries out e-commerce of dishes and products under the chef's brand, Felix , which owns the restaurant in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan, and Hugo 4, which owns the other restaurant in the center of Milan, in the street and house number of the same name.

Cracco Express had stable revenues of 1.1 million in 2024, finding a profit of 91 thousand euros compared to the loss of 112 thousand euros in the previous financial year. On the other hand, Felix's turnover increased due to the increased flow of high-spending tourists in Milan: revenues rose to 7.3 million from 6.1 million in 2023 and profits increased from 906 thousand euros to 961 thousand euros. It should be noted, however, that the company still has around 3.5 million in previous losses. On the other hand, Hugo 4's revenues decreased from 4.9 million to 3.6 million, so much so that from a profit of 125 thousand euros in 2023, the balance sheet slipped into the red by over 1.2 million.
