Nautica: 650 thousand euros on three contribution lines for the supply chain

"The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region is taking a new and important step towards the growth and enhancement of the local nautical sector. With this Implementing Regulation, we are making 650 thousand euros available for three new contribution channels dedicated to shipbuilding companies, docks and marine ports and more generally to the promotion of the sector". This was announced by the regional councillor for Productive Activities and Tourism Sergio Emidio Bini following the approval by the Regional Council of the regulation that governs three different contribution lines reserved for the nautical sector in implementation of the new law that came into force on 1 January.
“With these three calls, which will be opened shortly, the Region intends to strengthen the entire nautical sector, promoting competitiveness, sustainability and attractiveness, with a view to integrated economic development and valorization of territorial excellence,” commented Bini. With a first channel, support is given to the competitiveness and investments of companies in the shipbuilding and recreational boating sector, with an allocation of 200 thousand euros. The second channel concerns innovation in tourist ports, docks, marinas and nautical moorings: 300 thousand euros have been allocated to promote projects for the modernization and innovation of regional tourist-nautical structures and services. The third channel supports the promotion of the nautical sector: thanks to an allocation of 150 thousand euros, managed through a concession delegated to PromoTurismoFVG, initiatives for the valorization, communication and promotion of the nautical offer of the territory will be supported. With regard to the first channel, the beneficiaries are manufacturing SMEs, including subcontracting, belonging to the shipbuilding and recreational boating supply chain, with registered or operational headquarters in FVG.
