Trafilerie Alluminio Alexia, a company operating in the aluminum extrusion sector
Gordona (Sondrio), July 11, 2025 – Good news for Trafilerie Alexia in Gordona: a new second-level agreement has been signed with the unions. The next two years could therefore bring new growth opportunities for the aluminum workers at Agnelli, a thriving enterprise in the Sondrio province.
An agreement based on productivity, presence, and safety : these are the pillars of the second-level agreement signed between Trafilerie Alluminio Alexia, a company operating in the aluminum extrusion sector, and the trade unions. The agreement, which will cover the two-year period 2025-2026 , builds on previous renewals, further strengthening the link between company results and employee development . Thanks to this agreement, full-time employees at the Gordona company will benefit from a total annual bonus ranging between €1,100 and €2,300 net , calculated based on objectives achieved and level of attendance . The agreement also includes other benefits for employees, who will be more motivated and will enable the company to achieve other important goals.
The key points of the agreement include daily meal vouchers of €6.50 for each actual day of attendance, increased bonuses for night work and overtime , and, in addition to the national collective bargaining agreement, an annual performance bonus linked to production volumes, up to a maximum of €700 net, and a multiplier of the final bonus in the event of a low accident rate , to strengthen the focus on workplace safety.
Improving the economic and regulatory conditions of the national contract , specifically the Confimi Meccanica contract, is possible when there is genuine dialogue between the company and its social partners, oriented towards shared goals, as emphasized by the industrialist and head of Trafileria Alluminio Alexia Paolo Agnelli , who is pleased with the agreement reached. "Productivity is not just a technical or entrepreneurial issue; today it represents an essential condition for the survival and competitiveness of companies. Focusing on a motivated and engaged workforce is the key to building a solid future."
