Women's Bonus, all the steps to get it

INPS has announced that starting from Friday 16th May the Bonus Donne will come into force, that is, an aid to the most disadvantaged female workers who are regularly employed. Let's try to understand what it is and how it can be obtained.

Women's Bonus, what is it?

The Women's Bonus, as reported by Leggo.it , is an exemption from the payment of social security contributions, paid by the employer for a maximum duration of 24 months and is valid for disadvantaged female workers, hired on a permanent basis until December 31, 2025.

To obtain it, women must possess the following requirements:

• Women without a regular paid job for at least 24 months

• Women without a regular paid job for at least 6 months and resident in the ZES (Special Economic Zone) of the South - it includes all the municipalities of the following regions: Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sicily and Sardinia

• They are disadvantaged because they carry out jobs with high gender employment disparity

How much is the exemption and how to apply

The employer's contribution exemption must be a maximum of 650 euros per month per female employee and is valid for all private employers.
