Polish space technology supplier signs another contract with a European agency

Creotech Instruments has signed an agreement with the European Space Agency to implement the "Telescope Array Functional Prototype" project, which is part of the EAK Space Security Programme.
The aim of the project is to develop a prototype enabling the verification of the assumptions and architecture of a universal remote ground observatory searching for near-Earth objects.
The contract value is €1.6 million, of which EAK will cover €1.28 million. The remaining amount will come from the entities involved in the project.
Creotech Instruments is the main contractor and its role will be to supply sCMOS astronomical cameras along with additional accessories and manage the project implementation.
The company's total project cost is €502,800, of which 80% is financed by EAK and 20% by the company itself. The estimated completion period is 12 months from the contract signing date.
Creotech Instruments's main shareholders are ARP (9.50%), TFI PZU (8.50%), OFE Allianz Polska (8.20%), with Katarzyna Kubrak, Paweł Kasprowicz, and Grzegorz Brona each holding 7.41% of the shares. The company has been listed on the stock exchange since July 2022.

Winner of the "Ostra Pióra" award, granted for "spreading economic education" by the BCC, as well as the Golden Pear - a journalistic award of the Małopolska Branch of the Association of Journalists of the Republic of Poland.
