Anette Cuburu reveals how her divorce from Alejandro Benítez hit her just 15 days after becoming a mother.

Anette Cuburu , 50 years old, recalled the hardest moment of her life: Her divorce from Alejandro Benítez , which occurred just 15 days after becoming a mother of two.
During Telemundo's Hoy Día morning show, Anette Cuburu shared how the divorce and the loneliness she felt while dealing with motherhood and depression affected her.
Anette Cuburu recalled that she decided to get divorced just 15 days after the birth of her friends , Alejandro and Fernanda.
“My dream was always to be a mother, but I cried all the time. I didn't eat, I didn't sleep, I was skin and bones,” said Anette Cuburu.

Through tears, the former host of Venga la Alegría recalled that in a matter of weeks she went from having a baby bump to being skin and bones.
The depression was so severe that she couldn't feed her babies . "I soaked them with my tears. I felt incapable," she shared.
Anette Cuburu said that her sadness was so great that one day she ended up fainting with one of her babies in her arms .
It was only then that she decided to ask for help: "I begged my parents to come live with me. I couldn't do it alone," she recalled.

Anette Cuburu and Alejandro Benítez , a Televisa executive, married in 2004 in a dream wedding in Acapulco.
After six years of dating, they started their family in 2006 with the birth of their daughter Anette.
Five years later the friends arrived and a couple of weeks later, the end of their marriage .
In an interview with People en Español magazine, Anette Cuburu said she kept her depression a secret for fear of being judged.
"I didn't want to tell anyone. I thought they'd say I was crazy or that I didn't love my children," she confessed during the interview.
But when she finally received help from her family, Anette Cuburu sought psychological therapy and managed to move forward.
