Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum met with Jean-Luc Mélenchon, leader of the France Insoumise movement .
Through her official X account, the federal president thanked the dialogue and ideological coincidences.
“Many thanks to Jean-Luc Mélenchon for his profound reflection. We agree that ‘Now it’s up to the people!’” he said.
The leader of the French left-wing movement also met with the national leader of Morena, Luisa María Alcalde, and the Secretary of the Interior, Rosa Icela Rodríguez.
During his visit to the country, Jean-Luc Mélenchon acknowledged the parliamentary majority and the scope of the peaceful transformation of the 4T.
