eDreams boosts profit by 39% and achieves record revenue in fiscal year 2025

eDreams Odigeo closed its 2025 fiscal year exceeding its targets by increasing its profit by 39%, achieving record revenue of 718 million euros, and increasing the number of paying subscribers by 25%.
The company has achieved its long-term objectives thanks to its subscription model (Prime), which is "much better prepared to cope with changing market conditions," it says, citing "unfavorable circumstances" on a global scale, such as the Omicron variant, sustained high inflation, the war in Europe, and geopolitical instability.
Its Prime members increased by 25% in its 2025 fiscal year, to 7.26 million.
Net profit at the company led by Dana Dunne grew by 39% to €45.1 million, while adjusted profit soared by 124% to €51.2 million.
Its cash EBITDA soared 49% year-on-year to reach an all-time high of €180.4 million.
These achievements mark the "culmination" of its strategic plan launched in November 2021, which drove the complete transformation of eDreams Odigeo into a subscription business through its pioneering Prime model, enabling "exponential growth" in three and a half years, according to the company's filing with the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
