Families of missing police officers demand meeting with authorities in Torreón
Members of the Families of Missing Police Officers collective arrived at the office of the City Council Secretary, José Elías Ganem Guerrero, as they say that since the beginning of the administration they have requested a meeting to hold working groups and have not been received.
They mentioned that since the previous administration they requested the integration into the Municipal Pension System, since there are 12 elements missing, some for approximately 16 years and their families are in "limbo."
They said that they had monthly meetings with Natalia Fernández and that their requests were answered, however, the issue of pensions has not been defined.
The members of the group were approached on the ground floor by Citizen Services personnel who offered to refer them to an official, but they insisted on going to the office of the City Secretary to wait to be received.
