Pemexproa warns of debt issuance

The federal government lacks a real strategy to restructure Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), so the new debt issuance will be a " Pemexproa ," where the financial bailout will be absorbed by Mexicans, warned Gonzalo Monroy, general director of the consulting firm GMEC.
