In Coahuila, although most workers earn low wages, there are occupations that stand out for their high monthly income. According to data from the Data México portal of the Ministry of Economy, the three highest-paying jobs in the state are those related to real estate rentals, specialized nursing, and telecommunications coordination.
Although Coahuila's job market is broad, the portal's statistics reveal that while there are jobs with high monthly salaries, the majority of the economically active population works in jobs with considerably lower wages.

At the top of the pay scale, according to the portal's data, are workers dedicated to renting real estate, such as houses and land, who earn an average of 45,300 pesos per month.
These are followed by specialist nurses, with an average income of 40,000 pesos, and communications and telecommunications area coordinators, who earn around 32,900 pesos per month.
Other well-paid occupations include railway traffic controllers, with a monthly income of 31,600 pesos, and financial directors and managers in banking and insurance, who earn around 27,900 pesos per month.
Coordinators and area managers in the generation and supply of electricity and water have an average monthly salary of 24,000 pesos , followed by industrial engineers, who earn around 23,000 pesos per month.

Also included are legal services coordinators, examining magistrates, and prosecutors, with monthly incomes of around 21,000 pesos, as well as mechanics and maintenance technician supervisors, who earn an average of 21,600 pesos.
