Jarama is a restaurant belonging to the Macarena group where quality work and customer satisfaction are the main focus. The secret of their recipes lies in the simplicity of the ingredients and the care taken with carefully selected, always fresh and seasonal products.

Both inside and outside, the establishment features low tables where you can enjoy small portions accompanied by a good cup of coffee or drinks for after-dinner conversation. It's perfect for any occasion: a special evening, a business meeting, or simply an unforgettable dining experience. Furthermore, excellent customer service is also one of its highlights.

Jarama's signature dishes

The restaurant has a menu featuring all kinds of bluefin tuna-based dishes. Your experience should definitely begin with the raw bluefin tuna cubes with a garlic sauce, which you can enjoy for just €19.50. You can't miss the smoked tartar, a tuna-based preparation accompanied by guacamole, pickled onions, and mango, priced at €19.50.

But one of the most popular dishes among diners is the bluefin tuna guild, made with the tarantello part of the fish and topped with an olive sphere, topped with a pesto made with anchovies and olives. You can try it for 8.90 euros (it's larger than a classic guild).

You can also enjoy bluefin tuna belly carpaccio with tomato tartar and truffle oil, accompanied by a generous slice of bread, for €16.50. As if that weren't enough, they also offer award-winning dishes: tuntangana, a sweet potato-based preparation with Amontillado sauce, accompanied by a uniquely seared tuna, which won second place in the Tuna Route 2025. You can enjoy this delicacy for just €8.90.

And you can't leave without trying the bluefin tuna brioche for €8.90, a dish topped with pink chocolate shavings. A perfectly balanced combination that creates an explosion of flavors on the palate. And don't forget a dish that has only recently appeared on the menu: bluefin tuna with potatoes, shrimp, and egg yolk for just €23.50.

You can find them at Avenida del Atlántico 1, El Espigón Building, Paseo Marítimo Barbate, Cádiz. They are open Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and then from 8:00 PM to midnight. They are closed on Tuesdays , and on Wednesdays they are open from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and then from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
