The judge in the Errejón case summons witnesses of the alleged assault and relatives of Elisa Mouliaá

Judge Adolfo Carretero has ordered several proceedings to continue the investigation into the alleged sexual assault of Íñigo Errejón on the actress Elisa Mouliaá . On the one hand, he has summoned seven people, including the "direct witnesses" who were at the party where the events occurred and also three relatives of the actress . All of them are summoned on March 7th from 10.30 am at the Court of Instruction number 47 of Madrid.
In addition, the investigating judge has required Elisa Mouliaá to present the "complete" WhatsApp conversation with a friend to whom she told the events the day after they occurred. She told this friend that she was "very disappointed with Errejón", that the MP "hit her hard" and that, when she arrived at his house, he "kept trying" and she told him that he was "invading" her.
In a previous document, the investigating judge had already admitted as documentary evidence the conversation provided by Elisa Mouliaá with her friend and with another person who was present at the party.
On the other hand, Judge Carretero has asked Íñigo Errejón for several details "in order to be able to find out which two taxis " the accused and Mouliaá used on the day of the events. They took the first one from a bar and headed to a party that was taking place at the house of some friends of the actress, who will now have to testify as witnesses. They got into the second one, once the alleged episode of aggression had already begun, heading towards Íñigo Errejón's house.
In order "for the Judicial Police to be able to identify the drivers" , the judge asks the former deputy to report the way in which he requested those taxis on October 8, 2021. If he did so by mobile application, he asks him to provide "the registration data in the app". Carretero also demands that he be informed of the "payment procedure" and, if applicable, of "the bank card" that was used.
The testimony on March 7 could be key to the investigation, as the testimonies could lean in favor of one of the two versions that the judge has already heard, that of Mouliaá or that of Errejón. The assault that Mouilaá recounts began before they both entered the house where the party was being held, already in the elevator of the building.
However, the most serious part of the episode occurred at the home , when, according to the actress, Errejón grabbed her by the arm and took her from the living room (where the guests were present) to a bedroom. Once in the bedroom, the former deputy began to kiss the actress without her consent, pushed her against the bed and "took out his member," as Mouliaá recounted before Judge Carretero.
