The publicly traded technology company reported results. Revenue fell.

In the third quarter of 2025, Vercom had PLN 31.4 million of EBITDA (operating profit plus depreciation and amortization costs and interest) and PLN 19.9 million of net profit of the parent company.
In the same period of 2024, the company achieved PLN 28.5 million in EBITDA and PLN 19.4 million in net profit. Slightly better results were achieved despite lower revenues – PLN 116.5 million in the third quarter, compared to PLN 145.1 million in the same period of 2024.
Revenue fell 20% year-on-year, while net profit was 3% higher.
Strong growth in Vercom's customer base bodes well for the futureThe company acquired over 11,000 new users, three times the average for the previous four quarters. This resulted in a 22% year-over-year increase in its customer base, to over 111,000.
"The positive trends we are observing have allowed us to take another major step towards achieving our EBITDA target of PLN 135 million for this year. The acceleration in growth, particularly visible at the end of the last quarter, also bodes well for the upcoming peak sales season," says the company's CFO, Łukasz Szałaśnik.
He added that the results are in line with the assumptions despite unfavorable exchange rates, the total impact of which on gross profit on sales this year is already over PLN 3.5 million.
Vercom creates global cloud-based communication platforms (CPaaS) that enable companies to build relationships with their audiences across multiple communication channels. The company is valued at PLN 2.8 billion.
