Availability at the office. Municipalities must complete the report by March 31

By 31 March 2025, municipalities must complete a report specifying how they have eliminated architectural, digital or information and communication limitations. Which buildings and websites must they inventory?

According to the Act of 19 July 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs, the report in which entities determine what barriers, limitations or solutions ensuring accessibility they have must include those buildings in which the public entity operates. The report therefore concerns buildings in which basic activities or customer or client service is carried out. This means that when analysing accessibility, we exclude, for example, garages or warehouses.
