Fałata is waiting for more. The city has no plans for further renovations.

The renovation of the main avenue in Kasprowicz Park, one of Szczecin's most important recreational spaces, is nearing completion. The completed project has improved the standard of use of the main avenue, but according to Councilor Przemysław Słowik, further work is necessary to cover the remaining sections of the park.
In a motion addressed to the mayor, the councilor highlighted the poor technical condition of Fałata Avenue, which runs from Zaleskiego Street to Syrenich Stawów. This important pedestrian and bicycle route is used by residents as a daily route to work, school, and recreation. He emphasized that the road surface is in urgent need of repair, and lacks adequate lighting and consistent supporting infrastructure, such as benches, bins, and curbs. The condition of the avenue raises safety concerns, especially for children, the elderly, and parents with strollers. The councilor also pointed to the need to modernize smaller avenues in Kasprowicz Park, which have not yet received any renovation work. In many cases, their technical condition is described as poor – numerous gaps, damage, and a lack of infrastructure hinder the free use of the space by walkers and cyclists.
The interpellation included questions about the plans to renovate Fałata Avenue, the possibility of modernizing other park paths, and the existence of design documentation for a comprehensive revitalization of the park. In response, Vice Mayor Łukasz Kadłubowski stated that the City of Szczecin currently has no plans to secure funding for the renovation of Fałata Avenue or for continuing modernization work in other parts of Kasprowicz Park. He also added that the city does not have design documentation for a comprehensive revitalization of the park infrastructure in this area.
Kasprowicz Park, the largest landscaped green space in Szczecin, serves both recreational and transportation purposes. The renovation of the main avenue, completed this year, significantly improved the comfort of the central part of the park, but other sections still await modernization. However, the city's response indicates that no further investment phases in this area are planned in the near future.

If the vice president cannot find several million złoty for the urgent renovation of the avenue from Zaleski to Syrenich Stawy, Mr. Kadłubowski should be replaced. This section of the avenue is a tragedy for pedestrians and cyclists.

Don't even get me started on this cheap propaganda about "The completed investment has improved the standard of use of the main road." It's quite the opposite – you can't walk on this awful sand, let alone ride a bike or anything else. It was supposed to be better, but it's worse. Who approved this particular surface in this park? Does some councilor own an aggregate factory? Someone should go to jail for this shoddy job on Fałata Street near the amphitheater!
