Intervention. Reported it on Tuesday, but it wasn't fixed until Wednesday.

Our reader noticed a loose board hanging over the stairwell entrance of the building where he lives. He reported it to the property manager and eagerly awaited the repair.
On Wednesday, a reader called our office. He reported a board hanging over the entrance to the building at 40 Daszyńskiego Street, spilling debris. He believed this posed a danger to residents and anyone passing by. On Tuesday, he reported the situation to the Tenant-Owner Housing Cooperative in Trzebnica, which owns the building. The reader added that he made a similar call on Wednesday, but by the time he decided to call the office, the cooperative had not yet removed the threat.
We contacted Emilia Małys, Deputy President and Head of the Technical Department of the SMLW in Trzebnica, who confirmed that such a report had been received. She also explained that officials arrived on site, confirmed the damage, and took steps to repair it. However, because the institution lacks a lift, the task was outsourced to an external company. Employees were scheduled to begin work on it on Wednesday.
A day later, building residents confirmed that the problematic damage on Wednesday had indeed been repaired.
