It's good that someone intervened. He needed help.

He showed up at the district office building, unsure where he was. His wife later said he had been struggling with health problems for some time.
On Thursday morning, July 24th, an elderly man appeared at the Trzebnica District Office, unable to say where he lived or how he got there. Office staff quickly notified the police. Around 8:30 a.m., the officer on duty at the Trzebnica police station received the report, and a patrol immediately dispatched to the scene.
The senior citizen was clearly disoriented and lost. When police attempted to speak with him, he admitted he didn't know how to get home. Officers began investigating his identity. After checking his computer data, they were able to determine his address.
The police took the senior citizen home, where his worried wife was waiting for him. The woman admitted that this was the first time something like this had happened, although her husband had been struggling with health issues for some time. Thanks to the vigilance of bystanders and the quick response of the police, the situation ended happily. Photo: Provincial Police Headquarters in Trzebnica.
