In Ryazan, an oil refinery was also attacked, with local residents seeing a column of flames rising from it. Oblast authorities confirmed the drone attack, but did not specify which facility was hit. Residents of Lipetsk and Voronezh oblasts also reported drone attacks and air defense intervention, the Ukrainian portal added.
