Polish vice-champions from Podkarpacie

Eight of the province's top U-15 girls' teams participated in the tournament. For the second consecutive year, the Podkarpackie Football Association (ZPN) team, led by coach Jakub Kozner, qualified for the tournament. The team from the Podkarpackie Football Association (ZPN) played in Group A in the qualifying round against the Pomeranian Football Association (ZPN), the Wielkopolskie Football Association (ZPN), and the Mazowieckie Football Association (ZPN). Group B included the Łódź Football Association (ZPN), the Silesian Football Association (ZPN), the Lower Silesian Football Association (ZPN), and the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Football Association (ZPN). The girls from Podkarpacie reached the grand final, where they faced the Silesian Football Association (ZPN). The match was thrilling and dramatic, with a penalty shootout to decide the winner. The young Silesians won the final 4-2.
The majority of the young players in the Podkarpacie national team hailed from two clubs – Resovia Rzeszów and Beniaminek Krosno. There were also four players honing their football skills at the Rzeszów Stal Academy. However, three of them took their first steps in football with teams from our region: Aleksandra Cichy and Lena Januszyńska at the Perfect Przeworsk Football Academy, and Maja Radoń at UKS SMS Przemyśl.
Lena Januszyńska, one of the team's leaders, performed admirably, showing off her striking form throughout the tournament. She scored five goals in four matches, including a goal in the grand final against Śląsk ZPN (1-1, 2-4 on penalties). Maja's outstanding performances also contributed to the success.
