The Szklarska Poręba Forest District extends the ban on entering the forest in a part of the Roztoka Forest District

The Szklarska Poręba Forest District informs about the extension of the periodic ban on entering the forest in a designated part of the Roztoka Forest District, valid until the end of 2025. This decision was made due to the threat of unexploded ordnance and other dangerous objects that may be located in this area.
The priority of the Forest District is to ensure maximum safety for all tourists. In connection with this, a thorough cleaning of tourist trails and forest roads near the prohibited area was carried out by the sapper patrol and an external company. Thanks to these actions, the designated routes are completely safe to use.
The Forest District strongly appeals to all visitors to use only designated trails and forest roads . Departing from the marked trails into the prohibited area may involve a serious threat to health and life. Compliance with these rules is essential for your own safety.
Other trails and roads in the Szklarska Poręba Forest District remain accessible and safe for tourists.
We cordially invite you to visit our premises, and remind you that the safety of all guests is our most important concern.
