A new housing law has come into effect. As of July 11th, it's an absolute requirement.

• From 11 July 2025, publishing the prices of apartments and houses by developers will become a statutory obligation.

An amendment to the Development Act will come into force on July 11, 2025, requiring developers to disclose the prices of residential units and houses. This is a significant and necessary change in the real estate market, aimed at increasing the transparency of offers and helping customers make informed and responsible purchasing decisions.

Not all developers will be surprised by this change, as some companies have been implementing such practices for years. One such company is the Tricity-based company Inpro SA, where publishing property prices is a permanent element of its development and operational strategy.

Robert Maraszek also emphasizes that Inpro launched its website exactly 26 years ago, and all apartments on offer have had publicly available prices for almost 20 years.

Each listing includes complete and transparent information: from price, through square footage, floor plan, number of rooms, and available amenities. This allows customers to compare offers independently and then contact a sales advisor without wasting time on guesswork or incomplete information.
