Wizz Air is speeding up flights on new routes. Instead of winter, it will fly in summer

With the assignment of the second Airbus A321neo aircraft to the base in Wrocław in July 2025, the airline will also increase the frequency of flights on the following routes: to Barcelona (from three to four flights per week), Malaga (from two to three flights per week), Bari (from two to four flights per week) and to Split (from two to three flights per week), the carrier informs in a press release.

Wizz Air will operate a total of 18 routes from Wroclaw to 13 countries this summer season. The airline currently offers over 170 low-cost connections from Poland, enabling travel to 28 countries from 10 Polish airports. Since the beginning of its operations, Wizz Air has carried over 119 million passengers from Polish airports.

As Salvatore Gabriele Imperiale, the director of corporate communications at Wizz Air, explains in the release, the earlier launch of several routes and the increase in flight frequency "is our response to the great interest in traveling from Wrocław this summer." - Thanks to these changes, travelers will gain even greater flexibility, better transfer connections and a wider choice of holiday destinations throughout Europe - he adds.
