Madjer met with the AF Bragança clubs
After Vila Flor SC, the only one in the district competing in the Elite Championship, the number of teams is expected to increase soon.
Madjer, coordinator of beach soccer at the Portuguese Football Federation and former Portugal international, met with football and futsal clubs at the AFB headquarters.
The former player, considered the best in the world five times, documented the representatives of the district's emblems with all the information on the sport, from coaching courses to team formation, and the first beach soccer tournaments will even go ahead with the youngest age groups, from kids to juniors, but also seniors.
The first Beach Soccer Tournament is scheduled for the 5th of July in the categories of kids and mischievous, at the Albufeira do Azibo Playing Field, in Macedo de Cavaleiros. FC Vinhais, CA Macedo de Cavaleiros, Escola Crescer, GD Bragança, FC Mãe d´Água and AR Alfandeguense have already confirmed their participation.
The Vila Flor Beach Football Field and the Congída River Beach, in Freixo de Espada à Cinta, will also host the district competitions.
